Subscription and Payment:
Designgoat offers a subscription-based service for website design. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee as outlined on our website.
Pause/Cancellation:
Subscriptions can be canceled or paused at any time. In case of project cancellation after the work has started, setup fee/first month payment will be non-refundable. In case of pausing, you can whenever you like, which will go into effect the following month. To keep the website up you will just have to pay the website hosting fee of 97/mo while paused.
Intellectual Property:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Designgoat. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
User Content:
By submitting content to the Service, you grant Designgoat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
Prohibited Uses:
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Termination:
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of King County, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
